Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for creating reports, presentations, and managing spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace to manage emails, documents, and collaborate in a cloud environment.
- Competence with Project Management Tools for organizing and tracking tasks and projects effectively.
- Experience in Expense Reporting to handle and track financial transactions and maintain budget records.
- Strong skills in Document Preparation, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of business documents.
- Expertise in various Communication Tools to facilitate seamless communication internally and with clients.
- Calendar Management (Mandatory skill) to efficiently coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Travel Coordination (Mandatory skill) to plan and arrange travel itineraries and ensure all logistics are in place.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize the executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and correspondence ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage and track expenses, ensuring timely processing and adherence to budget constraints.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and information flow.
- Support project processes by tracking progress and deadlines using project management tools.
- Handle ad-hoc queries and administrative tasks to support the executive's day-to-day operations.
- Ensure prompt and professional interaction with clients, representing the company's values and standards.
- Facilitate a seamless working environment by managing resources and solving potential scheduling conflicts.
