Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Visakhapatnam City. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, leading the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships. Daily tasks will include managing sales operations, setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and delivering reports. The Sales Manager will also be in charge of training and mentoring junior sales staff and collaborating with marketing teams to boost sales and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy Development, Market Analysis, and Business Development skills
- Team Leadership, Training, and Mentoring abilities
- Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
- Collaboration with Marketing Teams and Report Generation capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in relevant sales software and tools
