About the Role:
Padmaja Specialities, a leading contracting company, is looking for a skilled and experienced Administrator / Admin Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensure smooth office functioning, and support management in business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily administrative operations of the office.
- Maintain office records, correspondence, and documentation.
- Oversee staff attendance, payroll coordination, and general HR support.
- Handle vendor management, procurement, and office maintenance.
- Prepare reports, MIS, and assist management in decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
- Provide support for accounts and financial documentation when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in an administrative/managerial role (preferably in contracting or related industries).
- B.Com Graduate with strong accounting and administrative knowledge.
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, Excel, Word, Email, ERP preferred).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle pressure situations.
Salary: ₹22,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
