Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic
Call Center Executive

with a strong
US accent

and proven expertise in
outbound calling and product demonstrations

. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated,
target-driven

, and comfortable making
100+ calls per day

to restaurant and retail owners in the US market. This role is critical in
converting leads into customers

by pitching and
delivering demos of PAYS POS

, a next-gen Point of Sale solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make
    100+ outbound calls daily

to potential restaurant and retail clients.
- Present and promote
PAYS POS solutions

with confidence, clarity, and a
US/neutral accent

.
- Schedule and deliver
live product demos

(virtual/phone-based) tailored to client needs.
- Identify decision-makers, handle objections, and
close leads effectively

.
- Maintain a structured follow-up and pipeline to maximize conversion.
- Achieve and exceed
sales and demo targets

.
- Update CRM with accurate lead status, call notes, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to fine-tune pitches and demo strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluent English

with a
US/neutral accent

.
- Proven experience in
telemarketing, outbound sales, or inside sales

.
- Strong skills in
giving product demonstrations

(POS/Software/Fintech preferred).
- Ability to influence and build trust with restaurant and retail business owners.
- Target-oriented mindset

with consistent track record of hitting KPIs.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and online demo platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
