Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a US Voice Process. If you have a minimum of 6 months experience in an international voice-based customer support role and are looking to grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions
  • Adhere to process workflows and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Customer Service Voice Process
  • Graduates and Undergraduates can apply
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs
  • Must be comfortable with night shifts (US Process)
  • Immediate joiners preferred
