Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Informatica IDQ Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), PowerCenter, and SQL, with a proven ability to design and implement scalable data quality frameworks, profiling, and cleansing solutions.

You will work closely with business and data teams to ensure high data accuracy, consistency, and governance across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop IDQ mappings, workflows, and rules for data profiling, cleansing, and validation.
  • Analyze and define data quality requirements and implement solutions for continuous data improvement.
  • Perform data profiling and anomaly detection using Informatica tools.
  • Integrate IDQ with PowerCenter / Informatica Cloud / MDM environments.
  • Develop data quality dashboards and reports for monitoring key data quality metrics.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize IDQ workflows for performance.
  • Support data governance and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Work collaboratively with data architects, analysts, and QA teams on end-to-end solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 - 10 years of total IT experience with at least 3+ years in Informatica IDQ.
  • Strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and ETL development.
  • Proficient in SQL / PL-SQL and working with RDBMS (Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, etc.).
  • Experience in data profiling, parsing, cleansing, and standardization.
  • Understanding of data governance and metadata management concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of Informatica MDM / EDC / Axon.
  • Experience with Cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
