The Role

  1. Deliver quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment consistently by managing time and efforts across hiring projects

  2. End to end Individual contributor role with expertise in direct sourcing and excellent account management skills.

  3. Partner with internal customers and business leaders to understand their unique hiring needs and build solutions accordingly.

  4. Identify critical talent needs, high priority positions and deliver results using various recruiting tools and avenues through which qualified candidates are sourced in a timely manner with a cost-effective approach.

  5. Proactively recruit through creation of external and internal pipelines that may arise from a variety of groups and resources.

  6. Deliver quality results in a timely manner, individually, and through others. Create, steer, and evolve talent acquisition strategy that anticipates business needs, grows in scale, efficiency, and ensures applicant representation.

Requirements

  1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a staffing role or related work, preferably in a digital economy firm.

  2. Experience in building and executing a talent acquisition strategy

  3. If you have experience dealing with business unit heads directly, you'll enjoy replicating that experience with our awesome leaders

  4. Dexterity with data will get you the chance to drive some truly challenging projects

  5. An attitude of team above all else is something we cherish
