We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Shrinath Services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch support to our customers.
Roles and Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide product information and solutions to customers, addressing their concerns and promoting sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Continuously update knowledge of products and services to effectively support customers.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other support tools is essential.
- Strong analytical skills are needed to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer support processes.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry, is preferred.
