Profile- Digital Marketing Strategist
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans across multiple platforms, including social media, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Campaign Management: Lead the execution and optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels, with a focus on maximizing ROI and conversion rates.
- SEO & SEM: Conduct regular SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to enhance search engine rankings and organic traffic. Manage Google Ads campaigns to ensure high-quality leads.
- Content Strategy & Development: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling, optimized content (blog posts, social media, videos, infographics) that engages the audience and aligns with brand objectives.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot to track campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and generate regular performance reports for stakeholders.
- Audience Segmentation: Develop and implement strategies for targeting and segmenting key audiences across various digital platforms to drive relevant engagement.
- Social Media Strategy: Create and manage content calendars, engage with the audience across multiple platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), and optimize organic reach.
- Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, search engine algorithms, social media trends, and best practices to ensure the company's digital strategies remain ahead of the curve.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education- Bachelors / Masters in Journalism or Mass Communication/ Diploma in Digital Marketing , Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.), SEO/SEM practices, and content management systems.
- Creative Thinking: A strategic mindset with the ability to think outside the box to generate unique solutions and ideas for campaigns.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Experience managing projects from concept to execution, including budget management, timelines, and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media marketing, including paid ads, organic growth tactics, and engagement strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with influencer marketing or affiliate marketing.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).
- Experience with eCommerce platforms or direct-to-consumer (D2C) models
