Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tele caller position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Tele Caller will support the sales and operations team by managing outbound and inbound calls, coordinating with clients, and assisting in communication and administrative tasks. The role requires excellent communication skills, a polite and professional attitude, and the ability to maintain detailed records and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote exhibitions and events.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information regarding event participation, bookings, and services.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with call logs, feedback, and follow-up details.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team for lead updates and client requirements.
  • Follow up with clients via calls, emails, and messages to ensure timely responses.
  • Assist exhibitors and visitors with registration procedures and event-related queries.
  • Meet call targets and ensure quality communication standards.
  • Provide administrative support in documentation, report preparation, and coordination tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales support (freshers may also apply).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is an added advantage).
  • Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
