Job Overview:
The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through inbound and outbound sales activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to understand and meet customer needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Generation: Generate, qualify, and manage inbound and outbound leads to create a solid sales pipeline.
- Prospecting and Outreach: Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations, clearly explaining features, benefits, and pricing.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects, responding promptly to inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Use CRM software to track leads, manage sales activities, and update client interactions in real time.
- Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Market Feedback: Gather insights from client interactions to provide valuable feedback to the product and marketing teams to improve offerings and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales pipeline management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
