Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA/higher level) degree. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in managing financial records, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with vendors for invoice processing and payment schedules.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Ensure quality control in financial documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA/Higher level) in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
