Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy.Create engaging and creative content for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools.Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization.Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.Stay up -to -date with current social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices.Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (if applicable).Respond to comments, DMs, and manage online reputation. Requirements Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinking and attention to detail.Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or similar.Basic knowledge of social media analytics and paid campaigns is a plus.Photography/videography/editing skills are an advantage.
