This role focuses on ensuring optimal performance of building systems, preventive maintenance, and compliance with engineering standards while driving cost efficiency and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Operations & MaintenancePlan, implement, and maintain building infrastructure and critical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, elevators).Conduct regular inspections of building structures and technical equipment to ensure reliability and safety.Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all MEP systems.Energy & Cost OptimizationMonitor utilities consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.Drive cost efficiency through resource optimization and sustainable practices.Team & Vendor ManagementSupervise technical staff and manage external contractors for engineering services.Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance standards.Compliance & SafetyEnforce compliance with local regulations, building codes, and health & safety standards.Implement risk management strategies and emergency response procedures.Financial & Administrative OversightManage service contracts, insurance plans, and compliance documentation.Prepare budgets, forecasts, and operational reports for senior management.Requirements & SkillsEducation: Bachelor's degree (BE) or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Facility Management.Experience:Minimum 6+ years in technical facility management with strong MEP expertise.Proven experience in managing large commercial facilities and engineering operations.Skills:Proficiency in Building Automation Systems (BAS) and CMMS software.Strong knowledge of engineering best practices, building codes, and safety regulations.Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of basic accounting and budgeting principles.Relevant licenses and certifications preferred (CFM, FMP, or equivalent).About JLLJLL is a leading professional services firm specializing in real estate and investment management.
