About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama) Consultant who can combine technical data preparation skills with marketing analytics expertise. The ideal candidate will have strong coding and data integration capabilities, enabling the creation of media, campaign, and executive dashboards in Salesforce MCI.

This role will partner with marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders to design scalable solutions that unify and transform data from multiple platforms, driving actionable insights and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama) for dashboarding and reporting.
  • Design, build, and maintain media, campaign, and executive dashboards with actionable KPIs.
  • Prepare and harmonize data from multiple sources using data streams, harmonization recipes, and calculated insights.
  • Develop and optimize data pipelines to pull, normalize, and join data across disparate platforms.
  • Integrate data from platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Snowflake, SAP (optional), 83Bar, Google Ads/Analytics, Meta, and Bing.
  • Use APIs and connectors for automated data ingestion and transformation.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for advanced data preparation, including cases where direct exports are unavailable.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization across dashboards.

Required Skills

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama).
  • Strong skills in SQL, JSON, and data transformation.
  • Proven ability to design and build custom dashboards, widgets, and KPIs.
  • Expertise in API configuration and integrations for automated data pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of marketing data sources and how to extract, transform, and manage them.
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Snowflake, SAP (optional), Google Ads, Meta, and Bing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to explain technical concepts in business terms.
