Role Description

This full-time hybrid role as a Site Supervisor is based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Site Supervisor will oversee on-site activities related to electrical installations, monitor project progress, and ensure adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, managing project schedules, inspecting completed work, and ensuring resources are used efficiently. The Site Supervisor will also supervise the installation and maintenance of systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and data networking.

Qualifications

  • Technical expertise in electrical wiring, installations, and maintenance
  • Knowledge of CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and PA system setups
  • Skills in project coordination, team management, and scheduling
  • Proficiency in safety standards and compliance protocols
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage technical documentation and reports
  • Relevant certifications or a diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Prior experience in on-site supervision is a strong advantage
