What You Will Own (End-to-End Responsibilities)

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow all BLook channels:
    Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Discover, Quora, X (Twitter)
  • Create & schedule posts, reels, carousels, stories, ad creatives
  • Engage with communities, reply to messages, run contests, growth loops

Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Plan and execute
    lead gen campaigns
    for:
  • Spaces
  • Gated communities
  • Retailers & advertisers
  • Skilled professionals
  • BLookForce recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of
    audience targeting, custom audiences, retargeting & geo-fencing
  • Run
    Instagram, Facebook, Google PPC, YouTube ads

Automation & Sales Funnel Building

  • Build
    WhatsApp Marketing flows, Drip campaigns, Bots
  • Create end-to-end
    sales funnels
    for each TG
  • Integrate automation tools with CRM and landing pages

SEO & Website Growth

  • Implement full-stack SEO:
  • On-page SEO
  • Off-page SEO
  • Technical SEO
  • Keyword planning
  • Competitor tracking
  • Manage
    blog posts, backlinks, schema, Google indexing

Google My Business (GMB) & Local Ranking

  • Manage Google Business Profiles across cities
  • Optimise for
    local SEO, reviews, photos, keywords & updates

WhatsApp Marketing

  • Create WA broadcast flows
  • Build multi-language messaging for various target groups
  • Coordinate with tech for WhatsApp automation & lead flows

Data Sourcing & Market Research

  • Identify databases for:
  • Societies
  • Retail outlets
  • Professionals
  • Advertisers
  • Run scraping tools, market research & TG profiling

Who We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills

  • 2–5 years of strong digital marketing experience
  • Expertise in social media ads + Google Ads
  • Knowledge of WhatsApp tools & automation platforms
  • Comfortable with Canva, AI tools, CRM, analytics dashboards
  • Ability to design funnels and manage multi-city campaigns
  • Strong communication & copywriting skills

Bonus Skills

  • Knowledge of tools like Zapier, Make, LeadsBridge
  • Experience in hyperlocal campaigns
  • Basic understanding of video editing & creative direction
