We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Legal Intern to assist our litigation team in day-to-day court and investigation-related tasks. The role involves travel to various courts and police stations, client interaction, and support in litigation processes under the guidance of the Managing Partner.

**Must be from Mumbai; Must have completed LLB & have Sanad**

**Must know to speak in English & Marathi**

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field Visits

  • Visit various police stations across Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan, and Mira-Bhayander (Central, Western & Harbour Line) for case follow-ups, filing, documentation, and coordination with Investigating Officers.
  • Visit various courts across Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan, and Mira-Bhayander (Central, Western & Harbour Line) for matter updates, filing, inspection, and legal formalities.

2. Client Interaction

  • Meet the accused and complainant in assigned matters to obtain briefs and relevant case information.
  • Prepare summary notes, case briefs, and factual reports and present them to the Managing Partner.

3. Court Appearance

  • Appear before various courts to take dates, mark presence, complete procedural formalities, and coordinate with court staff and clerks.
  • Support advocates in court hearings, filing, documentation, and daily cause-list management.

4. Other Related Tasks
