As a Social Media Manager at Kompass Immigration, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance the company's online presence, engage the audience, and drive business goals. This role involves managing various social media platforms, staying updated with industry trends, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:Oversee and manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Google Business, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Create and curate engaging content that aligns with the company's brand identity and objectives.

**Strategy Development**:Develop a strategic social media plan in alignment with overall marketing and business goals.
Plan and execute scheduled social media efforts, including content calendars, campaigns, and promotions.

**Audience Engagement**: Implement strategies to increase likes, followers, and overall engagement across all social media channels.
Foster meaningful interactions with the audience through comments, messages, and community management.

**Performance Measurement**:Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the performance of campaigns and content.
Create reports highlighting measurable improvements in social media metrics and key performance indicators.

**Trend Analysis**:Stay up-to-date with new social media trends, tools, and features.
Identify opportunities to leverage emerging trends for the benefit of the company's online presence.

**Compliance and Ethics**:Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines related to social media marketing.
Uphold the company's values and maintain a positive online reputation.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
