Allow us to introduce our client. He is Chartered Accountant, International MBA, LLB and Insolvency Professional. He has a strong Banking/ Consulting experience of more than 18 years. He and his dedicated teams are trusted companions in times of financial uncertainty. He has handled more than 10 assignments in IBC/ Liquidation and successfully resolved most of them. His rich experience lies in almost all sectors and in various capacities. His team is seasoned expert in Insolvency Resolution, SARFESAI Act, 2002, Asset Acquisition and Financial Restructuring.
He and his team strongly believe in ethos which are built on Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability. Being an ex-banker himself he is appreciated by fellow bankers for his solution-oriented approach.

**Requirements**:
Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and banking operations.
- Knowledge of corporate laws, company law matters, banking laws, and regulations.
- Familiarity with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) 2016 and its implications.
- Analytical skills with the ability to conduct legal research and interpret complex regulations.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and quality in work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Prior internship or work experience in a legal or corporate environment would be advantageous.
