Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager/ Branch Manager/ Senior Branch Manager

Reporting to: Regional Manager/ Senior Regional Manager
About Role: A professional charged with managing day-to-day operations. He has to develop business plans with the support of field officer's. Branch Manager Responsibilities include developing Sales strategy to attaining sales goals, delivering great customer care, Coordinating with field staff in their activities in all over haryana.
Job Responsibilities:
Ø Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales.
Ø Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
Ø Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
Ø Ensures rules and norms of the company are adhered strictly in pursuit of business growth in the branch.
Ø Ensure that the business must only and strictly be done as per the policy and procedure which are applicable to the business and the company's internal policies and procedures defined and updated from time to time. Managing and verify day to day field visit, house visit, CGT visit, (GRT – Group Recognition Test), loan sanction, documentation and operations of the branch.
Ø Send a daily balance report at the end of each day to your respective area/ regional/ zonal manager along with daily recovery and amount deposition report.
Ø Resolve internal conflicts at level and also within the branch. Coordinate with the head office for any legal dispute or any dispute related to your branch and will undertake such actions as may be instructed by the head office regarding this.
Ø Guide Field Officers to achieving sales & collection targets.
Skills Required:
Team management, field monitoring, customer handling, data reporting, digital literacy.
Qualifications: Any Graduate with 3 to 5 Years of experience in Microfinance.
