We are looking for candidates for the position of Zscaler Engineer for our Pune location. The ideal candidate should have 25 years of experience in Network Security with hands-on exposure to Zscaler ZIA & ZPA.

Position: Zscaler Engineer-L1

Location: Pune

Experience Required: 2 – 5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and manage Zscaler ZIA and ZPA security solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and convert them into effective Zscaler policies.
  • Monitor Zscaler environment performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless secure connectivity.
  • Conduct regular policy and configuration reviews to enhance performance and maintain compliance.
  • Assist in drafting and improving network security policies and procedures.
  • Participate in security incident handling, including analysis, containment, and remediation.
  • Stay updated on the latest Zscaler features, security trends, and best practices.
  • Provide knowledge-sharing support to peers and junior team members when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in Zscaler ZIA & ZPA deployment and administration.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, and HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
  • Experience working with Firewalls, VPNs, and Cloud Security solutions.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and SASE frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Zscaler certifications (ZCCP / ZCE) will be considered an added advantage.
