As a Senior Design Engineer - Electrical, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of electrical systems for diverse projects across the UK, US, and Middle East regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical design and expertise in relevant software applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical systems for commercial and residential projects in compliance with international standards, including NEC, IEC, and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure electrical designs meet project requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct load calculations, short circuit analysis, and coordination studies to ensure system reliability and safety.
  • Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, Dialux, and Amtech for system design, analysis, and drafting.
  • Prepare detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
  • Review and approve shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with design intent and standards.
  • Conduct site assessments and provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases.
  • Implement energy-efficient design practices and stay updated on energy codes and standards.

Necessary Requirement
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in electrical design, with proven experience on UK, US, and Middle East projects.
- Proficiency in electrical design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, Dialux, Amtech, and other relevant applications.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, load calculations, and energy efficiency principles.
- Experience working on Data Centers will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
