Key Responsibilities

  • Retail Sales & Store Management

  • Manage day-to-day sales operations of the retail store and ensure smooth client experiences.

  • Client Engagement & Sales

  • Greet & Consult with walk-in clients, architects, and designers & plan visits to sites/offices

  • Understand client requirements for curtains, upholstery, blinds, and accessories.
  • Present and explain fabric collections, trims, and design options confidently.
  • Suggest furnishing solutions tailored to client budgets and aesthetic preferences.

  • Business Development

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, interior designers, and project management companies.

  • Proactively follow up on leads and ensure timely closures.

  • Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with stitching, upholstery, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution.

  • Maintain sales records, client data, and reporting systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 58 years of sales experience in furnishings or interiors
  • Strong product knowledge in fabrics, curtains, upholstery, and home dcor.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi).
  • Ability to understand client needs, suggest creative solutions, and build strong relationships.
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.
