BDE/Inside Sales/Email Marketing / Lead Generation Specialist

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Data Research & Data Management

  2. Conduct online research to identify the target audience and build its databases.

  3. Extract, organise and maintain thorough healthcare data from online sources, directories, social and other platforms.

  4. Lead Generation, Sorting & Qualification

  5. Generate leads via various sales approaches (Cold Calls, Cold Emails, Cold WhatsApp messages)

  6. Categorise leads based on relevance, potential, and engagement level.
  7. Coordinate with the sales lead & manager to prioritise and qualify leads for outreach.

  8. Communication Material Preparation

  9. Assist in creating and refining email and WhatsApp scripts for initial outreach and follow-ups.

  10. Support in drafting proposal and basic presentation materials.

  11. Outreach & Campaign Execution

  12. Scheduling and executing email campaigns and follow-up sequences.

  13. Conduct cold calling and WhatsApp outreach to connect with potential leads.
  14. Send personalised emails and messages to book appointments or share proposals.

  15. Meeting Coordination

  16. Schedule online meetings with prospects via Zoom/Google Meet.

  17. Share meeting invites, links, and follow-up reminders through email or WhatsApp.
  18. Maintain a daily calendar of scheduled meetings and ensure attendance coordination.

  19. Lead Follow-Up & Pipeline Management

  20. Continuously follow up with leads to move them through the sales pipeline.

  21. Update communication status, meeting notes, and next steps in CRM.
  22. Maintain WhatsApp communication for quick responses and updates.

  23. Reporting & Coordination

  24. Submit daily/weekly updates on lead status, meetings scheduled, and follow-ups completed.

  25. Provide insights or feedback from leads to help improve campaigns and communication strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Any graduate with good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Candidates with a computer or marketing background will be preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, cold calls or inside sales roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an added advantage.
