Urgent : Quality Assurance / Control (Dairy & Frozen Food)) @ Mumbai

• Male candidate , will be preferred , as the job involve , PAN India travel , for visiting Multiple factories regularly
• Dairy based products background
• Preferred experience in Quality Control in factory set-up / Vendor inspection & not in R&D / as a Microbiologist

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in Dairy Technologies with 4 + Years of relevant experience in QA / QC
• Previous Dairy / Food & Beverage Industry experience is essential
• Should be ready for PAN India travel , as per the demand of the job

Main Responsibilities

• Visit various factories in India on periodic basis for inspection & monitoring quality
• Visit the suppliers factory & be present during consolidation of cargo (if required)
• Monitor consolidation of suppliers stocks at Mumbai for container loads & export
• Suppliers follow up for production , documentation & ensure are dispatched in time

To help seniors for following Additional Responsibilities

• Ensure quality control of all food products contract-manufactured at various factories in India Sourcing
• Source Raw Material & Packaging Material
• Provide technical & QA support
• Prepare & maintain HACCP documents
• Coordinate with machine suppliers in India for troubleshooting & spares etc.
• For all shipments-ordinate with production team of suppliers to make sure that production is as per stipulated standards
• In case of any quality complaints, investigate root cause & ensure corrective action at supplier's factory
• Once Purchase Order is placed , ensure on time shipment of consignments from suppliers
