Overview

**Job Title**:Quality Assurance Analyst/ Consultant

**Skills Needed:
**STRONG**
- You must have Experience of 5 to 7 years** in Quality Assurance**:

- You must have ISO 9001:2015 implementation knowledge
- Working Knowledge of CMMi
- Knowledge of Managed Services and software development processes
- Knowledge of project management processes
- Experience in Auditing processes
- Experience in Quality management system

**GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS**
- Experience in 7 QC Tools
- Experience in working with multi-cultural team is added advantage
- Excellent communication skills and soft skills & good team player
- Knowledge on Six Sigma / Lean methodology is added advantage
- Certifications/Qualification like Lean/Six Sigma, Lead Auditor, Agile is added advantage

**Additional Information**:
Qualification: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA. Any Graduate

5 to 7 years** in Quality Assurance**

Certifications/Qualification in Lean/Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor, Agile
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Preparation, Reviews and Approval. Which are providing explicit direction and issued specifically to instruct employees scope, Purpose, R&R, PFD, Process approach, guidelines, appropriate specifications from supplier till Customer requirements on any Functionality
- QMS Documentation, Quality Management System documentation covering PDCA cycle.
- Integration of QMS requirements into business processes
- Perform Timely Internal ISO Audits, Record facts and noncompliance report in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. Help auditee team to perform RCA and take correction and Corrective actions to close NC on time.
- Process consultancy (Project Lifecycle Management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Industry best practices)
- Provide process training (On-boarding, QMS deployment and specific topics like RCA)
- Compliance checks for milestone reviews (for specific projects)
- ISO 9001:2015 certification, Its Effective implementation, sustenance, and Maintenance.
- Understanding of Internal and External customers and upgradation from Customer satisfaction to Delight
- Knowledge Management, Support and assess how the organization’s knowledge is identified, captured, analysed, retrieved, maintained, and protected
- RISK Management and its effective utilization from QMS perspective. Support project team to Identify potential problems before they occur and to define the process for managing the risk in projects across the lifecycle
- CMMi preparedness. Select the order of improvement that best meets our organization's business objectives and mitigates our organization's areas of risk
- External Service Provider Management. Support cross functional and concern teams in effective supplier quality management, to implement a risk-based process approach for supplier evaluation, selection, and Supplier assessment.
