**Synopsis of the role**
As a Quality Assurance specialist, it is required to ensure that a company's products meet industry standards. It aims to execute both front-end and back-end processes efficiently, delivering products and services on time and within budget while exceeding customer expectations in all interactions.

**What you’ll do**
- Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Performing routine inspections and quality tests.
- Developing a workflow for product inspection.
- Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.
- Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed.
- Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
- Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.
- Making recommendations for improvement.
- Creating training materials and operating manuals.
- Communicating with other team members to solve problems.
- Perform follow-up reviews to determine appropriate action are taken on reported findings and that desired results are achieved.
- The ability to consistently identify mistakes across thousands of inspections.
- The ability to closely follow quality standards.
- Decision-making skills.
- Results Oriented.

**What experience you need**
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Computer literacy.
- Database management.

**What could set you apart**
- The quality assurance specialist's responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting tests and inspections, identifying production, process, or product issues, and presenting solutions.
- High school diploma/Graduation required.
- Certificate in quality assurance is a plus.
