Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and team development.
  • Handle HR compliance including ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Implement HR policies, systems, and processes effectively.
  • Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Collaborate with store operations for workforce planning and staff coordination.
  • Handle store-related HR and admin functions as required.
  • Manage HR applications and systems for better efficiency and reporting.
  • Supervise and guide HR and admin staff in their daily tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in HR, preferably with exposure to retail/store management.
  • Reputed degree from a recognized college (MBA in HR or equivalent preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.).
  • Excellent people management and team handling skills.
  • Proficiency in HR applications, systems, and MS Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and manage HR & admin responsibilities.
