Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan menus, coordinate event logistics, and manage budgets.
  • Supervise kitchen and service staff, including scheduling and training.
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies while controlling costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure a successful event.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Catering Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations.
  • Flexibility to work events during evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹100,000.00 per month
