Job Summary:

The Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently and safely. The role ensures accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality

Supervise loading, unloading, and proper storage of goods

Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or warehouse management systems (WMS)

Organize and optimize warehouse space for efficient stock movement

Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishments

Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse area

Coordinate with logistics partners for inbound and outbound shipments

Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on warehouse operations

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and legal regulations

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, WMS)

Ability to lead a team and work under pressure

Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes

Basic knowledge of safety and handling procedures

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)

2–4 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems

Forklift license/certification (if applicable)

Working Conditions:

Warehouse-based role; may require standing, lifting, and operating equipment

May include working in shifts or weekends during peak periods
