Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing & Management
  • Receive and process manual customer orders.
  • Verify product availability and ensure accurate data entry into internal systems.
  • Track and manage order status from confirmation to delivery.
  • Estimates & Work Orders
  • Create accurate estimates and work orders based on customer requirements.
  • Provide timely and competitive quotes using information from various suppliers.
  • Cost Analysis
  • Conduct comparative pricing analysis from different vendors/sources.
  • Ensure the best quality product is selected within budget and delivery timelines.
  • Customer Service & Issue Resolution
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, escalations, and delivery issues.
  • Handle product-related concerns such as wrong deliveries, delays, or defects.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
  • Supplier & Vendor Coordination
  • Work closely with suppliers to confirm product availability and delivery schedules.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Inventory & Delivery Monitoring
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams for restocking.
  • Track and ensure timely, accurate, and damage-free deliveries.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Generate regular reports on order fulfillment, inventory levels, delivery timelines, and process improvements.
  • Maintain detailed order records for internal use and audits.
  • Industry Awareness
  • Stay updated with current market trends, supplier changes, and technologies in order management and customer service.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and order management systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines
  • Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in order management, customer service, or operations
  • Prior experience working with suppliers and B2B clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
