As we scale our online presence, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Meta Ad Creator / Creative Graphic Designer to enhance our ad performance.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Meta Ad Creator/Creative Graphic Designer (Intern/Part-time) with experience in crafting high-converting ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ad creative psychology, be able to generate compelling ad ideas, and execute high-quality visual creatives (images, videos, and carousels).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging and high-performing ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
  • Generate new ad ideas and experiment with different creative approaches to maximize conversions.
  • Create static image ads, carousel ads.
  • Optimize creatives based on ad performance data (CTR, engagement, conversions).
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the ad creatives align with brand identity and target audience preferences.
  • Stay updated with Meta ad trends, competitor strategies, and best practices for ad creatives.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in ad creative design for Meta Ads (Interns with solid experience are welcome).
  • Strong skills in Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, or any other editing tools.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically about ad creatives.
  • Understanding of direct response marketing and ad psychology.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and ad creative performance analysis is a plus.
  • Bonus: Experience in the jewelry, luxury, or fashion industry is a plus.
