**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print materials, including but not limited to: social media graphics, website banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts that effectively communicate key messages and enhance brand identity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide design solutions that meet business objectives.
- Assist with photo editing, image retouching, and other design-related tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for design innovation.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles (preferred but not required).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Adobe Photoshop: 2 years (preferred)
- Adobe Illustrator: 2 years (preferred)
