As a Creative Designer at Grocito Online Private Limited, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective design assets across various mediums. Your creativity and expertise will be key in enhancing our clients' online presence and marketing efforts. You will collaborate with our team to bring ideas to life and deliver top-notch design solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Website Designs**:Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with client requirements.
Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for various devices and browsers.
Collaborate with web developers to implement your designs.

**Banner Designs**:Create eye-catching banner ads for online advertising campaigns.
Tailor banners to different platforms and ad sizes.
Craft compelling visuals that drive engagement and conversions.

**Graphic Design**:Develop graphics for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and presentations.
Maintain brand consistency across all design assets.
Stay updated on design trends and techniques.

**Motion Graphics**:Produce captivating motion graphics and animations for promotional videos, social media, and website content.
Conceptualize and storyboard motion graphic projects.
Bring static designs to life through animation.

**Video Production**: Produce high-quality videos for promotional and educational purposes, including product demonstrations, customer testimonials, and company overviews.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in web design, banner design, graphic design, and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects).
- Must have knowledge of HTML,CSS, JS & Bootstrap for web design.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field.
- Experience working with clients in various industries.
- Experience with 3D design or illustration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
