Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive located in Mumbai. Will be responsible for overseeing kit delivery and coordinate with logistics for timely distribution. Introduce educators to school staff and students; ensure technical setup is functional and handle queries from students, parents and schools. Gather weekly feedback and share educator reports with schools and parents.

School Visits: Conduct weekly visits to Mumbai schools to monitor classroom quality and provide on-ground support.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in operations or a similar role is must
  • Operations Management and Analytical Skills
  • Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Ability to work in cross departmental team setting
  • Prior experience in Education/edtech sector is a plus
