Note: This role is exclusive for freshers and someone with 0-1 year experience, the salary range is between 10-15k/month.

Vinpro is a UK-based recruitment consultancy specialising in IT, Digital, eCommerce, CRM, and Transformation hiring. We work with a portfolio of top-tier clients across industries including retail, FMCG, financial services, travel, and digital consultancy.

As we expand, we're looking for a proactive, confident, and driven individual based in India who can take ownership of recruitment delivery. This role combines cold calling, recruitment, and candidate engagement — with a strong emphasis on verbal communication and commercial confidence.

About the Role:

We are looking to hire a dynamic, energetic, and goal-oriented individual to join our recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience who is passionate about talent acquisition and looking to build a career in HR and recruitment.

As a Recruitment Executive , you will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process , helping us identify, attract, and onboard top talent across various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination
  • Draft and publish job descriptions on various job portals and platforms
  • Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals , and other channels
  • Conduct preliminary screening calls to assess candidates' communication skills, attitude, and job fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update the candidate database
  • Support the team in organizing recruitment drives and employer branding activities
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably HR, Business, or related fields)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and engage with candidates
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment domain
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
