Job Summary

Arambankudyil Consultancy is a management consulting firm located in Kochi, India. The focus areas are business strategy, sales/marketing, operations/IT, finance and supply chain. The firm is now looking for junior management consultants. Management consultants help organisations to be more efficient and competitive in the marketplace. They use their business skills to provide objective advice and expertise and help an organisation to develop any specialist skills that it may be lacking.

You will primarily be concerned with identifying problems, gathering relevant information, and implementing solutions for a client. You may also be responsible for recommending changes and the steps to implement these changes and if there needs any additional requirements to implement these changes.

Position : Entry to mid level

Timing: Flexible timing, 5 day week (Mon-Fri)

Probation period: 6 months

Travel: 90%

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Interview the client's employees, management team and other stakeholders;
  • Run focus groups and facilitate workshops;
  • Carry out research and data collection to understand the organisation;
  • Identify issues and form hypotheses and solutions;
  • Conduct analysis and/or assist with data analysis;
  • Develop schedules and timeframes for client work;
  • Prepare business proposals and presentations;
  • Present findings and recommendations to principal consultants;
  • Implement recommendations/solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out;
  • Liaise with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Assist with creating new marketing initiatives

Required Experience and Qualifications

BBA / BBM. Other degrees such as BSc and BA may also apply if you can prove interest in business management.

Ideal experience is 2 years

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
