Senior Reservation Executive
Job description :
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Develop and implement effective travel plans tailored to clients' needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Required Candidate profile
- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment firms and recruitment services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end international reservations using Galileo / GDS Systems .
- Process ticketing, reissuance, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
- Work on Expedia / International travel backoffice tasks with accuracy.
- Provide best fare options, itinerary planning, and alternative routing.
- Ensure SLA adherence, zero-error booking, and documentation quality.
- Support internal teams with travel operations and backend workflow.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Galileo experience is mandatory (Minimum 1 year).
- Must have experience in International Travel Process.
- Strong knowledge of international airfares, fare rules, and airline policies.
- Excellent written communication & analytical skills.
- Ability to work on back office travel operations with accuracy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
