Today, we have become the largest player in the segment with over 55,000 installations across the country. And, we continue to grow We have made freshness an integral part of the vending machine proposition. The best ingredients are used and strict quality checks are performed to ensure consistent quality of the coffee beans. This enables us to deliver the satisfaction of a freshly brewed cup of beverage. Our reach extends across the length and breadth of the country.
Locations including airport lounges, railway stations, road transport hubs, petrol stations, malls, corporate, offices, schools, colleges, hospitals, restaurants and hotels.

Key Performance Areas
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management
- Source and qualify new suppliers for packaging materials (e.g., paper cups—various sizes, materials, customizations—lids, sleeves, cartons, corrugated boxes, films, labels, bags).
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain competitive pricing.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors to secure favorable conditions and best value.
- Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key suppliers.
- Manage supplier performance, conduct regular evaluations, and ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules.
2. Operational Procurement
- Manage the full Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, including purchase requisition processing, issuing Purchase Orders (POs), and expediting deliveries.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and minimize excess inventory; collaborate closely with planning and operations teams.
- Resolve issues related to supplier non-conformance, delivery delays, and invoice discrepancies.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
3. Cost Control & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report key procurement metrics such as savings achieved, supplier performance, and purchase price variance (PPV).
- Identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives without compromising product quality or supply reliability.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Preference for candidates with experience in Paper, Print, Packaging, or FMCG industries.
- Category expertise in procuring Paper Cups and/or various Packaging Materials is highly desirable.
Skills
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or procurement software.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications for packaging and print materials.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
