Role: HR Technology & Automation Specialist

  • Location: Pune / Bangalore
  • Experience: 0 - 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide actionable insights to HR leadership
  • Leverage Power Automate to streamline workflows, reduce manual interventions, and improve process efficiency across HR functions
  • Explore and implement Generative AI tools to optimize HR processes such as employee lifecycle management, engagement, and operations
  • Partner with HR Operations and business teams to identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation
  • Support ongoing HR analytics initiatives by providing data insights on attrition, hiring trends and employee lifecycle
  • Stay updated with the latest AI and HR Tech trends to recommend futuristic solutions for scaling HR processes
  • Prepare process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-sharing materials for implemented solutions

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

  • Willingness to build a career in HR experience with proven exposure to HR operations and technology
  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI (dashboards, DAX, data modelling)
  • Experience in Power Automate / workflow automation tools
  • Sound understanding of Generative AI concepts and their applications in HR
  • Ability to reimagine and automate HR processes with a futuristic mindset
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Prior experience in implementing HR Tech / AI-driven automation projects.
  • Exposure to HRMS platforms (e.g. Darwinbox)
