Sales Manager – UK Market (India-Based, Full Time)
Location: Pune | Working Hours: 13.00 – 22.30 IST
Industry: Tech Hardware Distribution (Laptops, Desktops, Storage, Networking) Experience: 6-10 years |
About Us We are a UK-based hardware sales business supplying technology online. We're now looking at scaling up our direct B2B sales and seeking a proven Sales Manager in India who can own the setup and growth of our inside sales function. This is a high-ownership role for someone who has built and led sales teams, implemented CRM systems, and consistently grown revenue through structured outbound and follow-up strategies.
What You'll Do
Design and execute the direct sales playbook for the UK market
Lead follow-ups with buyers from online sales and convert into repeat B2B accounts
Set up and own our CRM and sales operations tools from scratch
Hire, onboard, and coach inside sales reps as the team scales
Build KPIs and performance metrics for pipeline, activity, and revenue
Coordinate with leadership on pricing, margin, promotions, and reporting What You Bring
6+ years in B2B tech hardware sales, preferably in distribution or channel sales
2+ years experience as a Sales Manager or Team Lead
Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and manage a sales team
• Excellent understanding of computer components and hardwareDeep knowledge of CRM systems (Zoho, Pipedrive, HubSpot, or equivalent)
• Excellent English communication skills, with experience selling to UK, US or EU customersStrong data orientation – you understand pipelines, conversion rates, and revenue forecasting

Pay: ₹70, ₹100,963.91 per month
