Key Responsibilities:

Training Need Analysis (TNA):

  • Identify learning needs by coordinating with department heads and team managers.
  • Analyze performance gaps and recommend suitable training programs.

Training Coordination and Execution:

  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external training sessions.
  • Manage logistics, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
  • Liaise with external trainers and vendors when required

Onboarding and Induction:

  • Conduct new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding experience.
  • Track completion of mandatory induction programs.

  • Learning Administration:

  • Maintain training records and update LMS (Learning Management System).
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly training reports and dashboards.
  • Evaluation and Feedback:
  • Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance improvement metrics.
  • Recommend improvements based on evaluation outcomes.
  • Employee Engagement & Development Initiatives:
  • Support career development, soft skills, and leadership programs.
  • Assist in organizing engagement or learning campaigns.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of LMS platforms and MS Office
  • Good presentation and facilitation skills
  • Analytical mindset for assessing learning impact
  • Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams
