Key Responsibilities:
Training Need Analysis (TNA):
- Identify learning needs by coordinating with department heads and team managers.
- Analyze performance gaps and recommend suitable training programs.
Training Coordination and Execution:
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external training sessions.
- Manage logistics, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
- Liaise with external trainers and vendors when required
Onboarding and Induction:
- Conduct new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding experience.
Track completion of mandatory induction programs.
Learning Administration:
- Maintain training records and update LMS (Learning Management System).
- Prepare monthly/quarterly training reports and dashboards.
- Evaluation and Feedback:
- Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance improvement metrics.
- Recommend improvements based on evaluation outcomes.
- Employee Engagement & Development Initiatives:
- Support career development, soft skills, and leadership programs.
- Assist in organizing engagement or learning campaigns.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of LMS platforms and MS Office
- Good presentation and facilitation skills
- Analytical mindset for assessing learning impact
- Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams
