Tittle - Customer Service Representative (Health Care Industry).

Job Location - Ahmedabad (west).

Experience - 2-3 years experience in sales / marketing and healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities –

  • Providing correct & effective communication to existing & prospective customers about products & their applications in various steps.
  • Developing long-term positive customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction, and build loyalty and confidence in Company as a partner of choice.
  • Identifying customer needs and closing sales calls to achieve territory targets.
  • Collecting Ability to drive market creation initiatives under the guidance of company account manager.
  • Collecting field level data as required.

Requirement and Qualification –

  • Graduation in B.sc , B. pharm, D. pharm.
  • Candidate should have local area experience.
  • Self motivated.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Core Selling Skills.
  • Good Customer Relationship Management Skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
