Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Sales Executive (Fresher or up to 1 year of experience) to join our Real Estate Sales team in Indore.
The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with prospective home buyers, understanding their requirements, and helping them choose suitable residential units from our projects. This is a telephonic and digital communication–driven role involving interaction via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and real estate portals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective leads generated through online real estate marketplaces such as 99acres, MagicBricks, , and our company website.
- Contact and follow up with potential buyers via phone, WhatsApp, and email to understand their property requirements.
- Present project features, unit options, amenities, and pricing to clients clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain and update the CRM / lead tracker with all client interactions, follow-ups, and meeting details.
- Coordinate site visits for interested customers and ensure a smooth experience from inquiry to booking.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular feedback from prospective buyers to improve the sales approach and marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing and operations team for smoother lead handling and conversion tracking.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing / Real Estate preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in real estate sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Computer Skills: Familiarity with MS Office, WhatsApp Web, Email, and Online Property Portals.
- Personality: Energetic, confident, and customer-oriented with good persuasion and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualities:
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of Indore's real estate market or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and prioritize effectively.
- Positive attitude, target-oriented, and eager to grow within the real estate domain.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed Monthly Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 (based on qualification and experience).

Work Details:
- Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Office-based role).
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (6 days a week; Sundays will be working & it can be compensated with any other day in the week ,excluding Saturday.
