We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our team in Bhopal.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong background in the BPO domain with thorough knowledge of roles and responsibilities of BPO processes. The candidate must be passionate about learning delivery, employee development, and training effectiveness.

Mandatory Skills:

Excellent verbal & written communicationBPO process experienceKnowledge of BPO roles & responsibilitiesTraining delivery & presentation skillsInterpersonal & assessment skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct process & soft skills training for new and existing employeesPrepare and update training modules and learning materialsEvaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedbackIdentify training gaps and contribute to skill enhancement plansMaintain accurate training reports and documentationCoordinate with operations to support business training needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹450,000.57 per year
