Position: Technical Trainer – Java Spring Boot / Python Django / MERN Stack / AI & ML / DevOps

Location: Bhopal (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and experienced Technical Trainers who can deliver high-impact sessions on Full Stack Development (Java, Python, MERN), AI & Machine Learning, and DevOps. The trainer should have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a zeal for mentoring the next generation of tech professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct classroom and online training sessions for students and working professionals.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive curriculum, hands-on labs, and real-world projects.
  • Guide learners through coding, debugging, and deployment processes.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide technical feedback.
  • Collaborate with academic and placement teams for learner success.
  • Stay updated with latest frameworks, libraries, and tools.
  • Mentor students on capstone projects, certifications, and interview preparation.

Core Technical Expertise Required

Full Stack Development:

  • Java Spring Boot, REST APIs, MySQL/PostgreSQL
  • Python Django / Flask, ORM, API integration
  • MERN Stack (MongoDB, , , )

AI & Machine Learning:

  • Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch
  • Data preprocessing, model building, ML pipelines

DevOps:

  • CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
  • Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure basics
  • Linux commands, shell scripting

Qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science/IT.
  • Proven experience as a Trainer, Software Developer, or Engineer.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong passion for teaching and mentoring.

Preferred Skills

  • Git/GitHub and version control systems
  • Microservices architecture and API management
  • Cloud deployments (AWS/Azure)
  • Prior EdTech or corporate training experience
