Job Role: Full Stack MERN Developer

Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack MERN Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, , , ) stack. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Build reusable, scalable, and efficient front-end and back-end components.
  • Work with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and database systems (MongoDB).
  • Ensure responsive UI/UX design with and modern front-end practices.
  • Implement secure authentication, authorisation, and data management systems.
  • Optimise applications for maximum performance, speed, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product, QA) to deliver product features.
  • Stay up to date with emerging web development trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on the MERN stack.
  • Strong proficiency in , , , and MongoDB.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous request handling.
  • Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub).
  • Knowledge of deployment processes (AWS, Heroku, Vercel, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

  • Experience with TypeScript and
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
