We're Hiring:

Full-Time Social Media Manager (Remote)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Experience: 1–2 years

Location: Remote

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes ideas, loves experimenting, and can think beyond the usual trends.

About the Role

As a Social Media Manager at The Brainwave Creative, you'll work across multiple brands and industries—helping them grow through smart, engaging and fresh content strategies.

Your Responsibilities


• Build campaign ideas and creative concepts for brands across industries


• Create monthly content calendars and plans for clients


• Develop shoot concepts and shot lists for brand reels & campaigns


• Manage clients' social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & X)


• Handle daily posting, scheduling and ensuring consistency


• Coordinate directly with clients for approvals & feedback


• Collaborate with the graphic designer & video editor to get deliverables completed


• Assign tasks to the design & editing team on time


• Stay updated with trends and suggest new formats for clients


• Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all platforms
