Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager. While the position is based in Panaji, it allows for flexible work-from-home arrangements. The Social Media Manager will oversee social media platforms, create and manage engaging content, develop and implement social media strategies, and ensure social media optimization (SMO). Responsibilities include monitoring trends, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering interactive communication with followers to enhance brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Proficiency in Content Strategy development and effective Writing
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage with audiences and collaborate with teams
  • Knowledge of social media trends, platforms, and analytics tools
  • Ability to work in both a team-based and independent environment
  • Experience in developing creative campaigns and managing multiple social media accounts is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
